Private sessions · one to one

I don’t add anything.
I take the noise away.

A private session is inner work. We slow down and step out, so the usual noise stops running the show — and whatever has been trying to be heard finally has room to come through. The sound doesn’t do the healing. It makes the space where healing can happen, in whatever form it takes.

01 / Your session, your way in

Talk it through.
Or just feel it.

We start with a conversation about what you’re carrying. From there you choose how deep to go:

Talk it through — name what’s there and let the session hold it.
Work on it — identify something specific and give it focused attention.
Just feel it — no words needed. Lie down and let the sound do its part.

No two private sessions are the same. The method changes with the person — sound alone, voice, breath, conversation, instruments on or around the body, a recording made just for you — and every session is channelled in the moment. The sound isn’t the magic. It clears the space for whatever needs to come through.
